2. Pls contact us within 2 days (48 hours) after the reception of parcel and state the problem of items and reason for return;

3. Items should be returned in its original condition without signs of wear, tear or odors;

4. Return shipping cost would be charged by buyer. It would be buyer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending

back and exchange;

5. It would not be considered to return items without any quality problems.

5.Color Mismatch : Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color eflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
